Sale price adjustments will be honored on items purchased from The Disney Store or DisneyStore.com that are reduced in price, within 7 days from the shipped date. Price adjustments are not valid on Deal of the Day merchandise or merchandise purchased on property at Walt Disney World or Disneyland. Also, please be advised that DisneyStore.com may at times sponsor online promotions and events that will not be available in local Disney Stores or at Disney Theme Parks. To request a price adjustment on qualifying purchases, please visit our Contact Us page where you can send us an email. Please be sure to include your Order Number and Item Number in your request. Please note that all sale price adjustments will be refunded in the form of a DisneyStore.com, online courtesy gift card. This online courtesy gift card will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order placement.
