Shipping Information

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 5-7 business days, personalized items will arrive within 7-9 business days. Some items, including customized items and items shipped from locations other than our warehouse, may take longer. Please check individual product pages for specific delivery schedules. Want it in a hurry? 2-Day and 3-Day Express Delivery are available for an extra charge. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship. Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be systemically possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for support.

    Personalized items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 7-9 business days. Exceptions include Customized tees, fleece, bags, watches, mugs, mousepads, and wall décor. Please check individual product detail pages for specific delivery schedules. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for personalized express orders to ship.

  • Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/P.O. Boxes
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.

  • All orders containing more than 250 units are not eligible for Express Shipping.

  • Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S.
